If you are new to CBT, this class is for you! While the "package" doesn't cover much acreage, it's a playground for pleasure, pain, predicament and control. Presenting various CBT toys and techniques – from the mild and very sensual to the somewhat more intense – we'll cover basic anatomy, safety, and resources. Bring your ideas and questions to class. Toys and packages are also welcome.
